We clarify the quote with you and then scope out the time it will take to put it in place.
We will then provide you with a realistic estimate of the final cost of the project and the likely deadline
We always aim to be as clear as possible regarding the assumptions built into the quote. For example, we will need feedback from you at various points in the project and significant delays in that area increases our administration costs and hence will affect the final cost. Don't worry, you're not penalised for going on holiday!!
Once you decide to go with us we then look to get samples to you as soon as possible.
Please note: A 30% deposit on the agreed price will be required to commence work.
We mock up what we believe to be the best general solution(s) for your particular need and send you links where relevant.
We then review those mock-ups with you to further clarify how you want the site to look and function.
After our review(s) with you we will then document a specification for what you need.
This won't be hugely technical document as it focuses on what your requirements are and how we intend to bring them to life.
It also covers how long it will take and what is required from you in terms of content and feedback.
We then review that specification with you; amend it as required and finally we all sign-off that that is what we're going to put in place.

As we work on the detail there are likely to be many choices to be resolved. We will contact you as required and continue to work on providing you with your unique solution.
The site is in place and it's time to walk through it in detail with you to confirm that what you're getting is both what we agreed and what you need.
Usually, at this stage there are changes required. Usually minor. This is fine. It's not until the reality bites that some true needs emerge.
Consequently, while the initial review may just take an afternoon we may be cycling through the previous step and this step a number of times.
Our caveat here is that if any new needs are identified that will require a siginifcant overhall of the site as it stands then we will have to charge for the extra time.
This is why the initial 4 steps are so vital.
You do not get the perfect site in place faster by skipping the initial consultation.
You just get the wrong solution in place quicker.

The site is in place and available to the world. You're delighted with the result and keen to recommend us to everyone you meet.
